About me

I have been a kinesiology client for over 10 years, utilising its processes to establish goals, overcome obstacles, heal from trauma and create the life I want. Now, as a qualified kinesiologist, I am fulfilling my aspiration of assisting others in achieving the same.

Under the guidance of Terese Mudgway and Sarah Gilmore-Mayne at the Nidana Collective Kinesiology College, I have achieved an International Certificate in Professional Kinesiology Practice (ICPKP - Cert IV) and am currently completing the International Diploma in Professional Kinesiology (ICPKP - Diploma), also with the Nidana Collective.

One of my core values is to establish a secure and nurturing environment for my clients. I respect the inherent intelligence and wisdom of their bodies and collaborate with them to develop effective solutions that align with their worldviews.
