True wellbeing is looking after yourself on all levels; physical, biochemical and emotional.  This includes paying attention to your surrounding environment, your nutritional needs, your thoughts and feelings and your physical body.

Each session is personalised to meet your unique needs. We work on the premise that your body holds the blueprint for perfect health and the innate wisdom to guide us in achieving this.  Typically sessions incorporate a combination of modalities including; PKP Kinesiology, Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Tarot.

 

Through a holistic approach to wellbeing my goal is to provide sessions that nurture you on all levels.
